Student Registration

Returning Student Registration

For currently enrolled students who are continuing in the 2024/2025 school year

  1. Log into the TSD PowerSchool parent portal with your existing parent/guardian account to review and update the online registration forms under, “Forms.”
    • The Forms section can be accessed on the left sidebar of the website or the app by clicking on More and then Forms.
  2. Items you will need to complete registration:
  3. Continuing student registration includes three forms to be reviewed and completed:
    • Form A - Demographics and Contacts
    • Form C - Health Information
    • Form E - Consent and Acknowledgment of Agreements
  4. Form E for Continuing Student Registration is reset each year before registration kickoff.  However, please review Forms A and C to see if any changes have occurred over the past year.

New Student Registration

  1. Submit your pre-registration application using PowerSchool Enrollment Express.
  2. Look out for an email from TSD PowerSchool. It will have instructions to create a PowerSchool parent account (if you need one). It will have information on using the parent portal and completing the registration forms.
  3. You will need these items for registration:
    • Proof of residency if claiming residence within Telluride School District (see Form A for accepted documents)
    • Student’s birth certificate
    • Report cards or transcripts from schools previously attended (the district may request data from previous schools)
    • Health Inventory form / Inventario anual de salud del estudiante
    • Immunization records
    • Standardized test data (the district may request data from previous schools.
  4. New student registration needs these five forms completed: 
    • Form A - Demographics and Contacts
    • Form B - Race, Ethnicity, Home Language Survey
    • Form C - Health Information
    • Form D - Previous Enrollment and Records Release
    • Form E - Consent and Acknowledgment of Agreements
  5. After enrolling, sign up in Titan. Follow these instructions: English/Spanish.

IMPORTANT: If you have a TSD PowerSchool parent account, do NOT create a new one. You can recover your username or reset your password on the portal login page by clicking the "Forgot username or password?" If you are new or unsure, email our Help Desk. They can check for you. They can help you make an account and link it to your student(s) if needed. 

Withdrawal Information

If you are not returning to TSD for the 24/25 school year, please inform the appropriate administrative assistant and complete the withdrawal form.
