• Activity: Hide plastic bones in sand and search with toothpicks and paintbrushes; try to assemble an arm or leg

 

 

Dinosaurs are Extinct

• Read & discuss various books about dinosaur extinction

• Activity: Play “Dying Dinosaurs” (give small groups a pile of 10 dinos; roll die and take away that number; make a subtraction sentence out loud to represent the dying dinosaurs; first student to 0 is the winner)
